Shipping
Australia
I offer free shipping Australia-wide on all artworks. I aim to ship artworks out within 7 days of purchase unless the artwork is framed then please allow up to an additional two weeks.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for limited edition prints.
International
ALL ARTWORKS LARGER THAN 50X50CM WILL BE SHIPPED UNFRAMED AND ROLLED IN A TUBE.
International shipping is quoted on individual basis. Please request a quote before finalising your order.
Please keep in mind: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes, duties or other charges incurred are your responsibility so please keep this in mind. In accordance with Australian export regulations, I am required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, I recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
*Please be aware that delivery times may take longer than normal. Couriers and Australia Post are under increasing pressure at the moment, demand is high and due to COVID restrictions their operations aren't running at full capacity.
Returns & Exchanges
I do my best to represent the colours correctly in artworks however colours you see on your computer screen or device may vary slightly from the actual artwork.
Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered simply for change of mind.
Returns are not available for artworks damaged during shipment.
These will be covered by shipping insurance.
Natalie uses professional quality mediums, however all artworks are subjected to aging, you may notice colours slightly fade over the years. There is no returns for aging artwork.
PRINTS - All prints are made to order and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Returns are not available for artworks damaged during shipment.
These will be covered by shipping insurance.
If your package arrives damaged in transit please don’t worry, all our freight is insured.
Here’s what to do:
Take photos of:
The external box.
The shipping label on the box.
The damage to the artwork/frame or fault in the print.
Please send all photos to me via email info@natalieuhrik.com within 7 days of receiving your artwork so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Framing
For Australian Orders only. Please allow up to 2 weeks for framing.
All frames are made from FSC Certified timbers.
Should you want a specific colour or style fame, please contact me as this is certainly possible.
FRAMING FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA is available for prints & originals, however it is highly recommended that orders outside of Australia are shipped in a tube and stretched & framed in your local town to reduce both shipping costs and the risk of damage in transit. Damage to frames or framed prints incurred during international shipping will not be refunded.
Prints
Printed with Archival ink on 350gsm poly-cotton canvas or 310 GSM luxurious 100% cotton Fine Art paper.
TO BE NOTED: ‘SIZE’ refers to the finished framed canvas size. Artworks printed on canvas have an additional 5cm blank border all around to enable the canvas to wrap around the frame when stretched.
Should you want your print framed in black or white or stretched but unframed, please contact me and I will arrange this for you.
All prints are custom made so please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
There are no exchanges or refunds on prints.

Commissions
Yes I do take commissions on selected works only.
A 30% non refundable deposit is required before the commission begins.
When the artwork is at a mid-way point, I will will provide a photo of the piece as a work in progress to you. You are then able to submit one round of revisions.
Once agreed upon, you can then complete the purchase and pay the remainder owing after which your artwork will be sent via courier to you.
