I offer free shipping Australia-wide on all artworks. I aim to ship artworks out within 7 days of purchase.

International

​

International shipping quoted on individual basis. Please request a quote before finalising your order.

​

Please keep in mind: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are your responsibility so please keep this in mind. In accordance with Australian export regulations, I am required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, I recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

*Please be aware that delivery times may take longer than normal. Couriers and Australia Post are under increasing pressure at the moment, demand is high and due to COVID restrictions their operations aren't running at full capacity.

 

I can express ship to you if necessary for an additional fee.

Returns & Exchanges

​

I do my best to represent the colours correctly in artworks however colours you see on your computer screen or device may vary slightly from the actual artwork.

 

I have a 7 day exchange only period from the date you receive the delivery of the artwork should you change you change your mind after seeing the artwork in person. Sometimes it just doesn't look like you thought it would in the space. Please simply email me with your request to return and exchange.

All that I ask is that the artwork is repackaged as it was delivered and depending on the size of the artwork, I will arrange to have the artwork picked up and returned to me. Packages under 105cm can be sent via Australia post.

​

The return shipping will be covered by the purchaser. This will need to be paid before the replacement artwork is sent out

 

If the art is sent back in any condition less than what it was sent in originally, an exchange can not be issued until repair costs are paid.

 

Returns are not available for artworks damaged during shipment.

These will be covered by shipping insurance. 

​

PRINTS - All prints are made to order and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

​

If your package arrives damaged in transit please don’t worry, all our freight is insured.

​

Here’s what to do:

Take photos of:

​

The external box.
The shipping label on the box.
The damage to the artwork/frame or fault in the print.

Please send all photos to me via email within 7 days  of receiving your artwork so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

​

Framing

 

For Australian Orders only. All frames are made from FSC Certified timbers. 

 

FRAMING FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA is available for prints & originals, however it is highly recommended that orders outside of Australia are shipped in a tube and stretched & framed in your local town to reduce both shipping costs and the risk of damage in transit. Damage to frames or framed prints incurred during international shipping will not be refunded.

Printed with Archival ink on 350gsm poly-cotton canvas.

TO BE NOTED: ‘SIZE’ refers to the finished framed canvas size. Artworks printed on canvas have an additional 5cm blank border all around to enable the canvas to wrap around the frame when stretched.

Pricing & Payments

All orders are processed in Australian Dollars. The Natalie Uhrik Artwork Shop accepts the following payment methods - Visa, MasterCard, bankcard, amex,  PayPal & afterpay. Please read my Return Policy located on this page for further information.

Commissions

 

Yes I do take commissions on selected works only.

​

A 30% non refundable deposit is required before the commission begins.

​

When the artwork is at a mid-way point, I will will provide a photo of the piece as a work in progress to you. You are then able to submit one round of revisions.

​

Once agreed upon, you can then complete the purchase and pay the remainder owing after which your artwork will be sent via courier to you.
